Every addon here is free to download and free to use. No premium tier, no paid features, no trial.
No ads
No ads in the game and no ads on this site. No tracking scripts either.
Nothing in game asks for money
Not a button, not a reminder, not a nudge. If you want to chip in, that lives on this website and nowhere else.
The addons are open source under the GPL (version 2 or later), and the Lua is never minified or hidden, so anyone can read exactly what runs in their game. They follow Blizzard's addon policy: free, visible code, and light on the game's servers.

Jebbie's Almanac

Jebbie's Almanac
A leveling guide for WoW Forever that plans around you. It reads where you stand, your level, class and the quests you have done, then picks the route and the next step from there.
Routes that start where you stand
Routes are picked by where you are, not by race, and switch when you ride into another starting area. Quests you already did are skipped.
Levels 1 to 40
Mage and priest routes to 40 from Elwynn Forest and Dun Morogh, and starting-area routes to 10 for every class.
Travel
Flight paths as you pass them, "Fly to" when it saves time, the Deeprun Tram, the ships from Menethil Harbor, and "Hearth to" when home is on the way.
Trainers
A trainer visit at each new spell level, listing only the spells your trainer offers you. The step ticks off once most of them are in your spellbook.
Advice from Jebbie
With the companion app, a line of Jebbie's advice on steps: where to start at a quest hub, and whether a doubtful or group quest is worth it.
Gear hints
"Jebbie suggests equipping..." with Equip and Decline. Only your click equips anything, and declined items are not offered again.
Sounds
A little fanfare when a quest is done, a quiet tick for progress, and twelve lines in Jebbie's own voice, mixed at random. Pick your mix, or turn it off.
Map, waypoint and arrow
Pins on the world map, the game's own waypoint on the next step, and an arrow with yards to go. Find nearest trainer, inn, vendor or mailbox.
Profession guides
All twelve professions, for each faction. The guide reads your skill and shows what to make or gather next, counts each material from your bags, says where it comes from, and sends you to the next trainer at a rank cap.
Making gold
From your bags: what to sell to a vendor, what to auction and what to keep for your profession, then which recipes are worth more than their materials. /jebbie gold.
Prices you have seen
Auction prices come only from your own Auction House searches; an item you have not seen has no price. Tooltips show the price you saw, or which profession needs the item.
Settings
Text size and font, background opacity, lock, scale, a minimap button and a key binding. Everything lives under Options, AddOns.
Advice only
It never plays for you.
- No key presses, no movement, no auto accept or turn-in.
- Nothing happens in combat. The window fades and waits.
- No chat, whispers or addon messages.
- No memory reading. The companion app only reads the addon's own saved file and writes one plan file.
- At the Auction House it never searches, posts, bids or buys, and nothing is ever sold for you.
- The quests it notes as you play stay on your computer.
Beta testers have it now.
The Almanac is in a small beta while the routes are checked against WoW Forever. The public download opens soon. This is how installing and updating will work.

Install the addon planned
From CurseForge or Wago Addons, whose apps keep it up to date for you. A zip will also be on the release page: unzip it into your WoW Forever folder's
Interface/AddOns.Add the companion, if you like
Optional. A small app (Python 3.10 or newer, nothing else to install) that plans around your character and brings Jebbie's advice. Start it with
python3 -m jebbies_almanac.companionand openhttp://127.0.0.1:8765on the same computer.Play, then
/reload/jebbie toggleor the minimap button shows and hides the guide. A new plan loads when you/reload; nothing changes in the middle of play.Stay up to date
The addon apps update the addon. The companion's page says when a new version is out. Beta testers run
python3 tools/update.py, or double-clickupdate.commandon a Mac orupdate.baton Windows, then/reload.
Chapter II
Jebbie's Satchel
A gatherer for herbs, ore, fishing pools and chests that learns from what you gather.
Same promise as the Almanac: free, open source, and nothing in game asks for money.

Choose your price, even zero.
The addons are free, and they stay free. Paying is never needed for anything.
If the Almanac saves you an evening and you want to say thanks, you will be able to chip in here, any amount you like, including nothing at all. Donations are optional, they do not unlock anything, and they are only ever asked for on this website, never in the game.

Jeb's frontier sister. She keeps the almanac, knows the trails from Goldshire to Menethil Harbor, and says "Easy peasy!" when a quest is done.
Jeb
Her brother, and the decision model behind Jebbie's advice. Jebadiah is a family of open decision models: ask a question with fixed answers, get a probability for each one.
